Today, I'm going to do a small talk about minimalism.
If you look at people who do minimalism, their homes are clean and the things they use are not superfluous.
Even thouth he wears neat clothes, he looks reaxed for some reason... Why is that?
It's because when you practice minimalism, you don't stress over useless stuff.
With only necessary and precious items, daily life becomes tidy and easy to clean.
Mental energy (When do I get rid of this? Where do I put it? I have to get rid of it...)
Not only can you save physucal energy (Sweat for cleaning, urea time, fatigue),
You can prepare your future for a better life.

Are there really no items?
Since there are no items, cleaning is very easy. It's pleasant.
So, I would like to introduce 10 Way to practice minimal life.
1.Put the trash can only in one place.
2. If you have garbage, put it the trash right away. (no collect)
3. Do not look back at items that have not been used in the last two years and just throw them away.
4. Take pictures of the precious items that you received as gifts in the past that you want to remember even a little bit, keep them, and throw away the items.
5. Throw away any food that is past the expiration date in the refrigeraror. (Including refrigeration and freezing)
6. Throw away unused, dusty dishes. (If it's waste, sell it used or give it away for free)
7. Throw away strstched pantise and running shirts.
8. Throw away any stretched socks.
9. You don't need too many towels. Wash frequently and before use.
10. Throw away old cosmetics that have passed their expiration date.
If you sort out the things you don't use like this, the trash bag will be full.
When the garbage bag is full, you can take out a new bag and continue working
After you throw it away, you can rest comfortably in a clean home.
And when I buy something in the future, I think about whether it is really necessary or whether there is something that can be replaced, so that a clean house is maintained.
(Because I chose to throw away and organize myself)
today, I looked at 10 simple minimalist life practices.
Any help?
